Pail Shipping Tips: UPS, FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service will handle pails more efficiently if they are not enclosed in a box. Please make sure that your name, address and type of honey are written directly on the pail. For added security, wrap a 2” wide band of duct or packaging tape around the belt line where the lid meets the bucket.

WHAT TYPES OF CUSTOMSTIX HAVE YOU PRODUCED?
Pure Honey, Flavored Honey, Agave, Maple Syrup and Sorghum just to name a few. If there is a liquid that does not appear on the above list, please contact us directly at sales@natureskick.co with your idea.

WHAT TYPES OF CUSTOMSTIX CAN YOU PRODUCE?
Shelf-stable non-perishable foods such as syrups, oils, and sweeteners. We aren't able to process foods with dairy or nut products, or requiring refrigeration.

CUSTOMSTIX HONEY REQUIREMENTS


DOES MY HONEY/CUSTOMSTIX LIQUID NEED TO BE TABLE GRADE AND FILTERED?
We require all honey to be table grade and filtered at least one time. All liquids (including honey) that have additives must be free of particles and/or bits to ensure a proper seal.

IS THERE A SPECIFIC MOISTURE CONTENT FOR HONEY?
We request that all honey sent in is between 17 and 18 percent moisture content. If you have questions about the moisture content for other liquids please contact sales@natureskick.co for further assistance.

CUSTOMSTIX ORDERS

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER FOR CUSTOMSTIX?
Our custom packing minimum order is a five(5) gallon pail. We can also turn 55 gallon drums into Customstix.

HOW MANY CUSTOMSTIX CAN I EXPECT YOU GET BACK FROM A PAIL AND/OR DRUM?
Pail Yield: Each 5 gallon Pail yields 4,000 to 4,400 Stix.
Drum Yield: Each 55 gallon Drum yields 50,000 to 54,000 Stix.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO PRODUCE A PAIL OF CUSTOMSTIX?
Pail Cost: $205.00 per pail
Processing Fee: $15.00 per pail (fee for clearing the lines between custom production) If you have several pails of one product type, this applies only once.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY CUSTOMSTIX ORDER TO BE PROCESSED AND INTO BE SCHEDULED FOR PRODUCTION?
Production Time: Once your product arrives to our site, processing time is approximately 5 - 7 business days for your Customstix order.

CUSTOMSTIX PAYMENT & SHIPPING


ONCE I DECIDE TO PLACE A CUSTOMSTIX ORDER, HOW WILL I PAY?
Once your pail(s) is received we will pre-authorize your credit card for the pail price, processing fee and the estimated shipping costs. Once this step is complete, we schedule your pails(s) into production within 5 - 7 business days. When your Customstix are complete we will notify you of your final charges, and schedule shipping.

HOW WILL MY CUSTOMSTIX BE SHIPPED AFTER THEY ARE PRODUCED?
Each 5 gallon pail yields 4,000 to 4,400 Stix, which will be shipped in 2 - 3 cases via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery based upon shipping address.

DO YOU HAVE ANY TIPS ON HOW TO SEND IN MY PAIL(S)?
