What's the difference between Floral, Natural, Original, and Sour?
We have 4 different categories of products to meet the requirements of our customers.
Floral: This type does not have any added ingredients, and is only has subtle flavors from the flowers and plants that surround the hive.
Natural: For this type, we use only naturally occuring flavorings to enhance the flavor profile, using ingredients such as fresh mint sprigs, or cinnamon spices.
Original: These are the original 20 flavors we have sold since 1982. We add artificial flavors and colors to create an outrageous experience for your taste-buds that few edible products can equal.
Sour: Our Sour Stix are similar to Original, yet goes even further! We add plenty of extra citrus to provide all your vitamin C & 100% daily allowance of FUN!
Are the items I purchase in stock and ready to ship?
Yes, the website only displays items that are in stock and ready for shipment.
Do you sell to individuals?
Yes. In the last year, we have added new products such as small sample packs, and 200-count twin packs. If you are looking to place a smaller order, you can find our 50-count packages at: Amazon.com. Our products listed with Amazon also qualify for 'Free Shipping' on all orders over $25! Another great resource for finding local retailers in your community is: Localharvest.org, to search for a distributor near you!
Do you sell to companies?
Yes, we supply our products to companies like restaraunts, coffee and tea houses, hotels and hospitality, retail stores, and health stores.
Do you have wholesale pricing?
Yes, we can provide wholesale pricing to those that want to purchase large quantities. There is a 10 case (20,000 Unit) minimum order for wholesale rates, and all wholesale orders are shipped LTL. How long will it take to process and ship my order?
Order Processing takes 1 to 3 business days. When orders are shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to determine when your delivery will be arriving at its destination.
How about shipping costs?
We have excellent rates with FedEx offering competitive shipping costs. We also use flat-rate US Postal Service rates whenever possible to decrease cost of shipment.
How can I order if I don't have a credit card?
Although we prefer that you pay with credit card or Paypal, you may send in your payment with a cashier’s check or money order to our Salem address. When we receive your payment in full we will process your order. Please mail payment to:

Do your products have a shelf life?
No, there is not any expiration date or shelf life rating. Honey is suitable for long-term preservation over decades or even centuries! You can read more about the amazing properties of honey at: Wikipedia: Honey. However, we reccomend using our products within 1 or 2 years for best quality and flavor.
How long until Honeystix show crystals?
As an all natural product, honey may begin to form small sugar crystals as soon as a few months after it is made into Honeystix. The crystallization time will depend on the honey varietal and the storage conditions. For example, White Sage is the most crystallization-resistant, often not for 1 or 2 years, while varieties such as Meadowfoam may crystallize in as little as 3 months.
Can I remove the crystals easily?
Yes, if you would like to return the Honeystix to their original state, just heat them slowly in a warm water bath or in an oven at a low setting of 110-130 degrees until the crystals disappear. Many of our customers even prefer the crystallized form for its delightful texture.
