Shipping Guidelines

Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?
Not within the same order, however you can place separate orders to different ship-to addresses.

Can I ship my order using multiple shipping methods?
Each order can only use 1 shipping method. Place separate orders to use various shipping types.

How long does my package take to arrive at its destination?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, except on legal holidays. Proccessing time is usually 1-3 days from order day, to day of shipment.

Does service international destinations?
Yes! We can deliver our products to almost all countries. Recent destinations include France, South Africa, and Singapore. We also deliver to addresses in the United States and US Territories served by the US Postal Service and to APO/FPO addresses. We can ship internationally with FedEx, your freight preference, or our local low-cost freight forwarder.

What if I have an APO or FPO address?
United States Postal Service shipping is available to APO and FPO addresses.

What if I want to ship to a P.O. Box?
Shipping is available for P.O. Boxes with the following products: Bulk 1000 count Boxes (B1000), Medium Variety Boxes (VB10), Starter Kits (SK10) and Display Boxes (Dx2). Any other orders will be shipped to residential or business addresses.

Can I choose the carrier for my shipment? Yes, US Postal Service and Federal Express are our domestic shipping providers. Contact us for International shipping options. Once your order ships, the ship date and tracking information will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.

When available, what are the terms and conditions of Free Shipping Offers?
Free shipping may be available with certain offers and promotions. Free Shipping offers apply to Standard Shipping and typically are only available within the continental U.S. and APO/FPO. Unless otherwise noted in the promotion, the promotion will not available on shipments to AK, HI, or U.S. Territories.

Return Policy

Honey Crystallation & Variation
Our products are made with natural ingredients. Color, texture, and flavor may vary. Good quality honey may have small air bubbles, and can also form 'sugar crystals' that are enjoyable to eat. We guarantee 5g net weight in all Honeystix.

Payment is required prior to fulfilling your order.

Receipt of Deliverables
At the time your order arrives please verify the items that you have ordered are correct, complete and have arrived in good shape.

Inspection of Deliverables
If you find that there is a discrepancy between the order you placed and what you received, please compare it with the packing slip and/or your sales receipt for verification. If there is still an issue, please notify a Nature’s Kick Sales Representative within 14 (fourteen) business days of receipt if there is any incorrect, missing, or damaged product. Quality Assurance Department
Occasionally, products may be damaged during shipment. If possible, record any damage to products with photos taken in the original shipped packaging. Please allow 10 (ten) business days for the Quality Assurance Department to review and attempt reimbursment. We can assist with contacting the shipper if compensation is due.
